چکیده

Objectives: To maintain proper development, it is recommended that children/adolescents focus more on increasing physical activity than dietary restriction when treating obesity. In other words, adults are better able to tolerate the reductions in fat-free body mass often occur trying lose fat mass. contrast, children and adolescents should avoid losses order ensure development. Therefore, reduce visceral via a negative energy balance (i.e., exercise with or without calorie restriction), necessary set desirable conditions minimize loss of determine whether this possible, we reviewed literature discussing relationship between changes obtained by abdominal imaging total after training adolescents. Methods: Literature review. Results Conclusions: Previous work found no reduction interventions which there was dietary-induced restriction. This supports idea reducing preferred strategy over adolescents. Although factors such as type (e.g. aerobic and/or resistance) amount (i.e. expenditure) will likely have an effect magnitude change intra-abdominal fat, quantity each needed currently unknown.
